What is user experience? What aspects does user experience involve?
User Experience(abbreviation: UE/UX) is a purely subjective psychological experience established by users in using a product(service). Speaking of the system, it is an all-encompassing concept. At different product stages, different channels, the experience is generated in every place that would have interaction with product, service and business itself. There are many factors that would influence the actual user experience. User individual differences also determine that each’s real feeling/experience can’t be completely simulated or reproduced in a very efficient way. But the commonality of user experience for a well-defined user community can be recognized through well-designed tests/labs.

All the interaction objects include watching the latest promotion video, click to scan the official website, check the help center, ads, emails, and chat with us via instant messengers, even a small label on a product page. Through careful research, comparison, we can find that all these will accumulate with time, forming total perception and experience to website. These experience design is not produced easily, they are extracted from various of datas from user browsing behaviours constantly, and found best practice from ongoing user product testing and feedbacks.

User experience exists in our daily life, alarm, WC, bus, punch card machine, traffic light, cell iphone, computer, keyboard, mouse…Everyday, we are dealing with products, using and experiencing product everyday. Some products are in bad condition in using. For example, an awesome alarm has too many complicated functions, users don’t know how to equip a easy wake up function… From the data collecting at the beginning, research and analysis and design the product prototype, continuous adjustment and optimization of product online, is a must of a product.
User experience design elements in every industry website is mining business opportunities. Simply put, user experience has close relationship with the ROI(Return on Investment). The good user experience design performance of ecommerce website is that the user interaction becoming frequent, user stickiness increase, indirect sales increase. Website relying on search engine, optimizing website user experience can help search engine ranking and bring more access to traffic. Another example, the purpose of pornographic website is profitable, the focus is that it seizes the psychology of this user group, and even physiological needs.
