Usability Engineering includes a complete set of user-centred, practical engineering approaches aimed at improving and assessing the quality of product usability for different phases of the product lifecycle. Its basic purpose is to emphasize that in the process of product development, it is necessary to focus on the user as the starting point, with the active participation of users in order to gain timely feedback from users and to improve the design accordingly.
