What is the Difference between User Experience and Usability in Singapore
What is a good user experience? What is the difference between usability and ease of use? This is one of the things that you have not stopped thinking about since you did this job because different interpretations of user experience lead to different measurement ranges.
I think the difference:
Usability — cannot be used, there is no need for the function?
User experience — is easy to use on the basis of the problem is not easy to use? Is the interface friendly? Control logic is reasonable? Is the operation smooth?

User Experience, or UX for short, is the word most people most likely confuse with Usability. Although this topic has been discussed by many experts from all angles, I think there are two other important reasons for me to mention it again. The first reason is that I have read several articles that have been published in public. They emphasize the difference between the two but ignore the connection between them. The second reason is that there are some special contents scattered among many converging views In different articles. Therefore, the goal of this article is to discuss the difference between usability and user experience, paying attention to their differences and connections in a clear and concise manner.
ISO Definition: Usability refers to “the effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction of the user in achieving the specified objectives in a particular environment” (ISO 9241-11). User experience refers to “the experience of all aspects of a user’s interaction with a product, service, device, or environment and Feel “(ISO 9241-210).
Goals: For a website, the usability goals make the website better used, and the goal of the user experience is to make the user feel pleasurable before, during, and after use. So, usability is related to how easy it is for the user to complete the task while using the site; the user experience focuses on how the user perceives the way the site interacts.
Defined as a Question: Usability is defined as “what can users accomplish their task?”; User experience can be defined as “Has the user had as pleasant an experience as possible?”
Defined as Metaphor: Both are often compared to science and art, freeways, and rugged mountain roads. (Omit some nonsense here) The highway is very efficient because there is no oncoming vehicle that allows you to quickly get to point B from point A under the guidance of a unified signage system that requires little to learn. Highways are undoubtedly highly available, but boring from the user experience point of view; those that focus on the user experience are portrayed as emotionally related and with low availability of rugged mountain paths, but because of its pleasant scenery, nature The scenery and the excitement of climbing, to deliver a pleasant experience to people.
Resources required: Employees who are responsible for the impact on the product (service) user interface need to be part of the usability effort; the user experience requires collective and seamless collective work across multiple departments, including development Engineer, marketer, industrial design and interface graphic design.
Impact: Although the user experience requires a lot of effort, its impact will be greater, the impact will be better. If handled properly, the user experience effectively enhances the user’s connection with the brand. This is because “a true user experience goes beyond just meeting what they’re saying or providing a list of features.”
The effect of the user interface: A user-friendly user interface is often intuitive, simple and easy to learn, yet a user-experienceable interface often makes users happy. This is not to say that user interface usability is low when focusing on user experience. Instead, UX experts typically give their designs to usability experts to help verify and improve the usability of the design.
The relationship between usability and user experience
The scope of usability than the user experience is narrow, it focuses on the task to complete. In contrast, the user experience is a combination of factors such as appearance, feature set, system performance, and interaction behaviour. Concepts related to user experience include design, ergonomics, HCI, accessibility, marketing and usability.
Another way to look at them is to subdivide users into Utility, Usability, Desirability, and Brand Experience. Concentric way to show their relationship no better, the innermost circle represents the basic user experience.
Although assessments of usability and user experience are not fundamentally different at a particular point, one focus on performance and the other on focus on satisfaction lead to different points of focus in the development process due to the different focus.

In user-centred design environments, typical user experience issues include:

Sometimes availability and user experience are compared between the two groups, but more organizations are more willing to put both of them in the same user experience.
