  • 404 page which means user encounters a wrong page. The website needs to tell user this message. Based on this disappointed scene, the illustrations makes it full of empathy, giving people an interesting feeling, people will understand and accept the result more naturally, or they would smile with pleasure.
  • Blank page often occurs in the situation when user use this mobile app for the first time, nothing has been filled in the items. Keeping blank would be boring and uninteresting.
