How to prepare?
Before the test starts, you need to do some preparation because the preparation is as important as the execution.

The preparation work consists of the following two questions:

These test users are called “roles” in user experience (UX) design.

We should know that there are no mean users, and products are typically designed for specific groups of people, so we need to understand these user requirements.
What is the role?
A role is a member of a specific user group and is usually set to be a real person. Because the characters have names, photos, background stories, life goals, etc.
The role also has some characteristics of the product-specific appeal and the impact on the product (such as age, technical proficiency, product usage scenario, etc.).
How do you create a role?

Where should the test go?
There are two options: user choice or where we choose to go.

Conduct a test session
This is the most important part of the whole process of user testing: the user actually tests the product.
In order to get the highest quality feedback, preparation is important.
First, the user must know that the session will be logged and must be approved by the user. (note: in some countries, legitimacy is needed.)
Then, summarize what the user should do, what products to test, etc.
Note that the user’s error in testing is not the user’s own problem but the product’s problem.
